How often do you come across someone who only wants to be happy in life? Aaron on the La Digue island in Seychelles is one of those.
He works at a Fruita Cabana juice bar located on the Anse Source d’Argent (Anse means beach in Creole, the local language) – such profound wisdom about what one seeks in life comes to him at the age of just 20.
He claims to come from a place where everyone is happy. What is this place? Paradise, he says. What does he want to be? Happy. How do you be happy? By doing what I like. What do you like? Things that make me happy. Keeping people happy, seeing them with a smile.

Aaron lives with his mother and brother, and works for Sean who was holidaying in Italy when I met Aaron. He holds a diploma in construction; whatever he does in the future, it is happy that he wants to be.
His sales pitch for the juices? Everything here is organic, so they don’t have to panic about nothing.
