Our second Kunzum Book Club Mixer is brewing at Kunzum GK2! Next Saturday, on December 10, starting 6PM, we will host three authors who write vastly different stories. Soumya Bhattacharya is the author of six acclaimed books of fiction, non-fiction, and memoir. His work has appeared in The New York TimesThe GuardianThe Independent, GrantaThe London MagazineNew Statesman, and the Sydney Morning Herald. Many of you may know him as the host of the popular books podcast, Page Turner. Bhattacharya will be in conversation with writer and translator Chitra Ahanthem about the new edition of his book, If I Could Tell You, which is written as a series of letters from an unnamed narrator to his daughter.

Our second guest author, Gautam Bhatia, is a science-fiction writer and editor. He is the author of The Wall and The Horizon. Bhatia was long-listed for the Astounding Award for Best New Writer at the 2021 and 2022 Hugo Awards. He is the co-ordinating editor of The Strange Horizons, a weekly online SF magazine, and was nominated for a World Fantasy Award in 2022.

Our third author for the evening, Aashisha Chakraborty is a PM-YUVA author and Write India winner whose debut novel, Mis(s)adventures of a Salesgirl, is loosely based on her experiences as a sales manager. Her second book is a work of historical fiction. She has written for various Readomania anthologies and e-books by Women’s Web and InsideIIM
