Cancellation Policy

  • Rs. 10,000 per person minimum cancellation charge once the tour is booked. Additional charges are mentioned below:
  • Cancellation within 30 – 16 days: 50% of the total tour cost
  • Cancellation within 15 – 11 days: 75% of the total tour cost
  • Cancellation within 10 – 0 days: 100% of total tour cost
  • No refund (either in part or in full) will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the tour.

Requirements for Visa

  • Visa needs to be applied 15 days in advance
  • Visa request letter is required for visa application at the time of booking confirmation. Format will be provided separately
  • Scan of passport is required at the time of booking confirmation (first 2 & last 2 pages)
  • Original passport is required at least 12 days in advance (from the date of the trip)
  • One passport-size photograph with white background
  • Passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel

For booking confirmation, advance payment of Rs. 10,000 is compulsory. The balance amount is payable seven (7) days prior to the travel date. All bookings are subject to acceptance of terms and conditions.

Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1 (24 January): Delhi – Tashkent

  • Assemble at Indira Gandhi International airport at 9:00 for your holiday to Tashkent

Flight: Uzbekistan Airways Flight HY426
Departure: 12.00 noon
Arrival at Tashkent Airport: 14:40
Meet & greet service outside the arrival hall. Customs procedures will take 1-1.5 hours.
The group will be met by a local Hindi-English speaking guide

  • En route to the hotel, stop for high tea at an Indian restaurant
  • After checking in, proceed for a panoramic Tashkent city tour covering the following places: Independence Square, Victory Monument, Broadway Street, Amir Temur Square, Opera and Ballet theatre square with musical fountain and evening light show
  • Welcome gala dinner at an Indian restaurant at 20:00

You will be mesmerised by an exclusive belly dance performance and a live Bollywood musical show by Uzbek singers.

  • Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Tashkent

Day 2 (25 January): Tashkent – Chimgan – Charvak

  • Breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 at the hotel coffee shop
  • Check out from the hotel at 9:00
  • Drive to the Chimgan Mountains, part of the Chatkal range of the western Tian-Shan Mountains

The mountains are part of the Ugam-Chatkal National Park. Chimgan is also known as the ‘Switzerland of Uzbekistan.’ On the way, enjoy scenic views and observe the lives of local people.

  • Take a chair lift to the top of the mountains to enjoy picturesque views, and take photos & videos
  • After spending an hour at the top, descend via the chair lift
  • Proceed to Charvak Lake
  • Lunch at 14:00 at the restaurant of Three Pyramids Hotel
  • After lunch, check in to the Three Pyramids Hotel
  • Rest of the afternoon at leisure to explore the Lake Charvak area
  • Gala dinner at 20:00

You will be enthralled by a belly dance performance as well as Turkish, Arabic and Indian dance performances.

  • Overnight stay at Three Pyramids Hotel

Day 3 (26 January): Chimgan – Charvak – Tashkent

  • Breakfast at the hotel coffee shop
  • Check out from the hotel at 12:00 noon for departure to Tashkent
  • Lunch at an Indian restaurant in Tashkent
  • Rest of the afternoon at leisure to explore Tashkent
  • Re-assemble at 19:40 for transfer to an Indian restaurant for dinner
  • Overnight stay in Tashkent

Day 4 (27 January): Tashkent City Tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel coffee shop
  • After breakfast, proceed on a panoramic city tour of Tashkent, visiting the following places
    • Monument of Courage
    • Former residence of Prince Romanov
    • Memorial to the Victims of Repression
    • Tashkent TV Tower (cost of entrance fees included in tour price)
  • Lunch at an Indian restaurant
  • Continue with the Tashkent city tour, visiting the following places
    • Khazrat Imam Complex, popularly known as Hast-Imam
    • Old City
    • Chorsu Bazaar
  • Return to the hotel at 18:00
  • Gala cocktail dinner at an Indian restaurant between 20:00 and 22:00

Guests will be entertained by an Uzbek folk dance performance.

  • Overnight stay in Tashkent

Day 5 (28 January): Tashkent – Delhi

  • Breakfast at the hotel coffee shop
  • Check out from hotel between 11:00 and 12:00 noon. Settle additional bills, if any
  • Buffet lunch at an Indian restaurant at 13:00
  • After lunch, enjoy shopping in the local markets and newly-built malls
  • Transfer to the airport at 17:00 for onward flight to Delhi
