what’s Nagauri halwa (Delhi)??
No idea…but am curious to know myself. Like I mentioned, this just came to me. Will certainly ask around.
I can endorse the Sidu and Dham from Himachal … but got to go find Aktori. Cool map!
delicacy….nagauri is a small\tiny puri and it goes with halwa( suji\atta halwa)..you can drill a hole in nagauri with index finger( do not use mid. finger..!!) and fill it up with halwa and, depending on the size of your mouth, you can have the whole thing in one go..you can find it in old delhi or befriend a bania family for a free treat of nagauri halwa..
Sounds delicious. Must try it.
